Please note: for deliveries to non-EU countries, any customs duties and taxes of the recipient country are to be borne by the recipient himself.
You should receive your order swiftly and in a secure way. The exact delivery date depends on the date your order was placed and on the correct address being given.
If you order a customised product, the delivery date varies depending on the amount of work and the current order situation.
If you order a customised product, MAISON NYCA will tell you the date when your product will be ready and will ship immediately after completion.
Delivery time of the goods by post:
Orders from Austria: within 3 working days after receipt of your order/ after completion of your customised product.
EU Orders: within 4 working days after receipt of your orders. International orders: within 8-12 working days after receipt of your orders.
Please note that the stated delivery time is an estimation. MAISON NYCA has no control over orders that may be held at customs.
Processing time for webshop orders:
Our webshop is available 24/7, but orders can only be sent on business days. Orders placed on weekends, will be sent on the first following business day. Orders placed after 10 am (CET) during working days, will be sent on the following working day.
Orders placed on Christmas and public holidays will take slightly longer due to the closure of the MAISON NYCA warehouse. Orders placed during Austrian national holidays and between 24th December and 5th January will also take longer since postal services are limited.
You can track your parcel via post.at or the parcel company delivering your order. Detailed information can be found on your order-confirmation.
Right of order withdrawal:
The costumer has the right to cancel the order within a maximum delay of 14 working days, without giving any reasons. The cancellation period begins on the day of receipt of the goods. The withdrawal of the order will be considered as having been made on time, if the customer declares his/her cancellation on the last day of the stated cancellation period. The customer has the right to inform MAISON NYCA about his/her withdrawal via an e-mail or a letter. If the customer cancels the order, he/she is obliged to return the goods promptly and securely. Furthermore, the goods must be in their original package and with no marks of usage or damage whatsoever. If the goods show any marks of usage or damage, MAISON NYCA will not accept the customer’s cancellation.
Customised products, which were manufactured on your request, are excluded from return.
The customer must carry the entire cost concerning the return of the goods to MAISON NYCA. If the revocation has taken place and the purchaser has already made payments, MAISON NYCA is compelled to refund the purchaser’s payment, when applicable.
